SUGGESTION & COMPLAINT
Your opinion is very important to us because it allows us to improve the quality of training activities, teaching facilities and services. All students/s in can submit suggestions, reports, complaints or appreciations:
Suggestion any proposal to promote actions for the improvement of standards of effectiveness, efficiency, cost-effectiveness and quality;
Report: any communication to detect a malfunction, an event or an activity that is not regular or has not been successful;
Complaint: any complaint addressed to the University and justified by the failure or poor delivery of a service or performance;
Appreciation: any demonstration of appreciation in relation to a service provided, a fact and/or a positive experience. The reports are taken in charge by the President of the Degree Course who, after verifying their eligibility, carries out the necessary investigations and, if deemed appropriate, may delegate the Head of the Quality Assurance Group of the Degree Course.
During the investigation phase, the President may call the complainant to hear him/her personally.
The Degree Course ensures systematic recording and analysis of reports for the implementation of appropriate improvement and corrective actions.
During the entire procedure and at its conclusion, the absolute confidentiality of the complainant is guaranteed, without prejudice, of course, to any civil and/ or criminal liability arising from statements that damage the honour and reputation of third parties.
Anonymous reports will not be taken into consideration, nor will reports that do not contain the indication of precise and verifiable facts.
Answers will be given or guaranteed within the time limits provided by law.
